The tiki ensuite sleeps two with a tropical twist as the city view ensuite captures the energy of the mile-square. Mixing the best of decades in the bright and spacious living/Event room includes a full size MCM dining table, funky 80s seating and 60s hollywood glam velvet sofa. Bright galley kitchen and bar for snack and cocktail prep. Free parking is available in our controlled, lighted and video monitored lot. Free off-street parking is available as well. The space All areas of the apartment are available for use. Guest access Common areas of the building including a Rec center with Foosbal, piano and laundry area. Other things to note Kitchen is nicely equipped with tools including bar ware. The host was very quick to respond to a couple minor issues I had over the 10 or so days I was there. I used the coin laundry (quarters) in the basement a couple times with no trouble. The building wifi was a little flakey once in a while but overall good. I rarely saw or even heard anyone in the building. This apartment is in a great location, close to The Cabaret and the Bottleworks area. The building has an old charm and character that I like. The decor is fun and pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. We had some issues with accessing the apartment lockbox and the internet, but Clint addressed and resolved them. However, guests should be aware of cleanliness and comfort gaps, such as dirty surfaces, vents and low-quality towels and pillows. Additionally, the host mentions city street noise, and during our stay, there were frequent loud sirens on two evenings. If you are some adults looking for a place to crash it works well. There were some broken things, like the bathroom door handle was pushed into the door, the exterior entry door is breaking and is super hard to open, and some other minor things. The biggest issue is more the location and other people that live there. The entry hall smelled super heavy of pot and it sometimes drifted in, the people above are constantly stomping around all night, and the street is right outside the windows.Because it was just a place for us to sleep for the weekend it worked, but it's not somewhere I'd bring my kids or want to pass a lot of time at. ##### Kyle F.
