Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The check in process did not include valuable information about accessing the building and codes needed. My first room was not cleaned when I arrived. I also had other issues with my check out date. The communication with the management team has been horrible. Just enough room to be comfortable. We are not very tech savvy so using fobs and codes and figuring out how to operate was challenging. I recognize that it is a valuable security source. We asked for assistance from a very nice renter who showed us how to get around with all the security stuff. I thought I had to use the fob on the unit's door! Once we got the hang of it it was all good. On the negative, there was much dust under the bed, TV stand, sofa and around the bath tub. We only had 1 towel though we stated there would be 2 of us. I did not find a hair dryer, luckily brought my own.Whoever installed the hanger rail in the closets must have bee a giant. It's about 8 ft off the floor. And why do the room numbers on the second floor go from the 220's to 205 than goes to 101, 103, 105; and if you don't know the rest of the low 200's are around a corner hidden away.
