Our party of 6 had a great weekend staying here for our annual Dave Matthews Band trip from Cincinnati. We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the home. The host was extremely accommodating from afar but more than accessible for all of our needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything we could need. We loved the living room space for cooling off but also the enclosed patio and back deck made for great spaces as well. We played cornhole and grilled, both provided on property. Parking was great. We also slept very comfortably in the beds which were soft and more comfortable than most stays I’ve had, including hotels. The check out process was also so simple compared to most hosts which really took the stress out of the end of our trip. Trash, towels, dishwasher, lights. It helped us relax knowing we wouldn’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to handle the laundry list of chores that so many other hosts leave for guests. In short, this stay beats most and there was a level of care that was hospitable beyond expectation. Book here if you’re in the area, but we’re calling dibs for DMB in 2027!
