Beds: can sleep 5 to 7 people (queen bed, full size Futon, Daybed with Trundle bed, and folding hotel type rollaway bed. have good knees for the stairs. apartment as listed. plenty of room. could hear every word spoken and foot step taken from the people renting downstairs. s/w sketchy neighborhood, but thats all of east Indy. bed comfortable. all amenities taken care of.
