Very Clean & Cute Place

Check-in was a breeze and the host was very responsive and proactive with communication. We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed a short commute to downtown. The house was spotless and I loved the music theme. Parking was right out front along the street and always accessible during our stay. Check-out instructions were provided and easy to follow. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place if you're traveling to the Indianapolis area!

Great place for our needs

We were in Indianapolis for the Eucharistic Congress in downtown Indy. The location was very conveniently located, about a 9 minute drive. The house is on a Main Street and the backyard does not really allow for hanging out. It has been newly remodeled, is clean and a good option if you’re out and about exploring what the city has to offer.

A Great Place With Great Atmosphere!!

We had a great experience staying at the 317 House of Music. This place has a lot of room in the main areas (living room and kitchen). Plus, there is two bedrooms (a master with a King and a smaller with a twin) upstairs and two full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs). In addition, this place was spotless and it has a cool modern vibe!! The keyless entry and security alarm was also an added benefit. If you want a nice place to stay close to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indy, I high recommend staying here!!!

Me and my buddies stayed for the weekend and the place was everything it said it would be beautiful inside, big bed, and two twin mattresses, couch folded into a bed too! Right down the street from a ton of restaurants, breweries, and plenty to do.

Not at all what we expected

I was supposed to stay for two nights but ended up checking out early. The place was relatively clean and roomy but it was not what we expected. First of all, the neighborhood was not nice, dirty / crummy. Also, the street was very loud at night, boisterous cars driving through all night and the dog next door was left outside so he barked constantly and woke us up. The bed in the main room was very hard and the furniture in the kitchen very uncomfortable. On a positive note, we were able to bring our dog and use in the washer / dryer to clean my son's baseball uniform. And we had plenty of room. It would have been nice to have ice in the freezer. Hint hint, for the next guests. If you are a light sleeper like me, don't stay there! Also, I felt that what we paid was a bit too much for what we got. I was dissapointed to say the least.
