There is also a fold out single bed in the main bedroom that can be used for a smaller adult or child. In town for the national FFA conference. It’s so close to Lucas oil stadium. We drove because it was cold but could’ve easily have walked. Upon walking in the house smelled so delightful. It is very clean and looks just like pictures show! The owners are very kind and respectful, also very responsive to messages! The beds are the most comfy beds. Best sleep I’ve had in a while. We were in town for the national FFA conference and it is located near everything that was important to us. The house was clean and well organized. Although it is a small thing, the owners had a couple of fans for us to use (if you don’t sleep with a fan, you won’t understand). The owners quickly communicated when needed. Quiet neighborhood with no issues. The neighborhood is in revitalization which we knew about but felt super safe. Host very responsive when we got locked out. Would recommend a warning on door not to do the deadbolt for the keypad or maybe a hidden key. We stayed with our adult kids and puppies. Only down side was the yard was long and got mowed while we were there. Unfortunately this resulted in lots of grass being drug in which we were trying to keep cleaned up. Back ally has very deep pot holes which they cannot prevent but if going with a small car could be an issue. There is parking on the street though. ##### Janene R. House was very clean, great space, host was very responsive and a close drive or uber to anywhere you wanna go in Indy! We were happy to see we could get takeout from multiple restaurants in walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the (smart) TV setup was good for catching a baseball game while we ate dinner. The location was also good in that we were very close to downtown, but not so close that parking or noise were a problem. Another nice thing is there's a dog park right outside the back door. We didn't try it out because our dogs can be anxious in unfamiliar places, but I'm sure many guests will be happy at the chance to let their dogs play off lead.I'd happily recommend this property to anybody visiting Indy.The bed ##### Matt W.
