Located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building. Laundry located in the unit.
Just a short walk to the private beach (2-minute walk, no street crossings), where you can watch the sun rise, take a walk or relax. Other amenities include a pool, tennis court with pickle ball lines, and club house. A short drive you will find multiple options for ocean front dining, live music, theater and everything Southern Florida has to offer.
