"Excellent stay as always. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Love the chocolate chip cookies. The bed was super comfortable and very quiet. This is our only hotel that we stay in Boise because of how great it is."

The owner truly nailed it when it comes to taking care of guests — every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the luxury bedding and plush towels to the added touches like popcorn for a cozy night in.The master bath shower and soaking tub felt like a spa experience, and having a hair dryer and styling tools available was such a nice bonus. The oversized 80-inch TV paired with the giant sofa made relaxing and unwinding easy after a long day. This place went above and beyond our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"Good location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice and easy to find. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very nice. Not much to do nearby so a rental car or Uber is needed."

"We made a reservation, we were driving for 8+ hours. Once we arrived to the hotel we were told we couldn’t get our room we booked. Because we missing the check in time, because we didn’t arrive at 3 pm, instead of them giving us a call telling us this information, they nothing. And preceded to tell us that they cancelled our reservation, because we weren’t honors members. But we are. This was terrible customer service on their end. Me and wife ended up having to sleep in our car because of this awful experience with them. And once we expressed that we didn’t have anywhere else because we booked the room there, they just told us sorry and to not try downtown because it was going to be booked out."
