Lots of cruisers stay here.
Most helpful was luggage holding b4 check in time and shuttle to cruise terminal. Coffee was delicious.
At check in, I told the rep. that I'll be needing shuttle service to cruise terminal and was told it's taking care of. My intuition told me otherwise hence I checked with another rep. the following day and sure enough, my name wasn't on it. She proceeded to do so for me. So, always double check!!!
I feel that a $4 to wash or dry is a bit much. Even on the cruise, it's only $3.
Also, there are lots of homeless people hanging around, depends where you walk, some walkway reeks of urine odor.
