Close to shopping and many excellent restaurants, a nice selection within walking distance. Take a day trip to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Disney, Universal, Vero Beach all within a one- hour drive, or just enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful sandy beach and pool. Comfortable furniture and beds. Wendy and Cindy at the front desk were very helpful. We truly have nothing but good things to say about this condo. From check in to check out, everything about this property fit our needs perfectly. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean can't be beat for sunrise views with coffee or just relaxing with a beverage and reading. There are great restaurants within walking distance (we highly recommend Hula Moon) or a well-stocked kitchen when we felt like staying in. And the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) definitely came in handy for our days on the sand. And it's a short drive from this location to Kennedy Space Center if you want to go. Plus, our favorite, lots of coffee and ice cream places close by. : ) Karen was a great host and checked in on us after arrival (much appreciated) and was always available if we had any questions. All in all, we had a great spring break vacation and this property made it all the better. 5 stars all around. ##### David V.
