The house is directly opposite the sought after Half Moon Bay & PS Ozone - you can’t get much closer than this! Enjoy a bbq on the balcony while you take in the breathtaking views of Port Philip Bay & the Melbourne city skyline. The popular towns of St Leonards & Portarlington are a short drive or there’s a bus stop right out the front. The space The view & location is key with this property. Just cross the road and you are at the beach at the location of the Ozone shipwreck. The house is old & simple, but comfortable. Upstairs you will find a full kitchen, dining & living area, 3 bedrooms & a bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed & a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (lower double & upper single) & the third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs is the garage. The balcony upstairs is where you will want to spend your time! There is a bbq and a pit boss smoker bbq on the balcony. Most importantly, you can enjoy magnificent views of the bay & the Melbourne city skyline on a clear day! There’s also a large enclosed backyard for kids & dogs alike. There’s a large lock up garage with a high roller door to keep your boat or car secure.
