Family-Friendly. 5 mins to Diamond Peak Welcome to our charming, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean townhome-nestled in nature with a tranquil creek flowing just behind the deck. Located in a small, quiet community, the home offers two reserved parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the house. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops. Our family-friendly, two-story home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360 for all ages. While the home does not have air conditioning, it stays comfortable with provided window and floor fans. Guests can enjoy access to a heated community swimming pool during the summer season (typically June through Labor Day). Smoking and pets are not allowed. Short-Term Rental Permit: WSTR 000182-APP-2021 HOUSE LAYOUT BEDROOMS (all located upstairs) Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, TV, and Xbox 360. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing ##### John M. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches. ##### Tim S.
