Two fathers and two kids, and we were all very comfortable. The appliances are new and in great shape, the place looks freshly remodeled, and everything worked as expected. The only thing of clarity would be that the fenced heated pool is not open in the winter (as one would expect), but the description of the unit should clarify this to be more clear.
