This 4 Bdrm/3 Bath completely renovated masterfully crafted mountain home is minutes from everything! Expansive lofty great room with gas fireplace, open kitchen/dining, all new appliances, oversized wrap around deck perfect for entertaining. The home sleeps 9, ideal for families and friends with all cozy bedrooms located downstairs. This home has it all, absolutely the perfect place to spend your lake vacation! THE DETAILS: This home has been completely remodeled by expert craftsman. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room and lofty beamed ceilings provide plenty of natural light and doors from the living and dining area which open out on to an expansive deck provide the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. Everything in the home is updated and of the finest quality including the pillows, blankets, linens and down alternative comforters. 4 cozy bedrooms are downstairs; 2 master bedrooms with queen beds each have a Jack & Jill bathroom which is shared by the guest rooms. The floor plan is ideal for families traveling together. The kitchen is superb with top of the line appliances, oversized kitchen island, gas cook top, microwave, range, Keurig and drip coffee makers. The deck offers two grills; gas & charcoal. Our neighborhood "Lower Tyrolia" is reminiscent of a Bavarian village. All chalets and homes are surrounded by wildlife and Sierra pines, the neighborhood is peaceful and lovely and just minutes from all there is to see and do in North Lake Tahoe! This is one of Incline's most lovely neighborhoods which has 2 private tennis courts, hot tub and heated pool (these amenities are summer only) within walking distance of the house. This is not a party house, it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our local Airbnb Superhost lives is available throughout your stay if you need any information about the area or assistance with your accommodations. Our home is your home while you are with us. This is our second home as well so the only thing we ask is that you please treat the home as if it were your own. Everything is there for your enjoyment! Summertime amenity access (pool, hot tub, and tennis courts) is subject to change due to external factors such as fire danger or other health and safety reasons like COVID-19\. Please note there is no air-conditioning in this unit, although there are ceiling fans in the master bedrooms and portable fans in the home. Incline's private beaches are open to the general public for the late fall/winter months. In late spring/summer, due to COVID, only local residents with picture passes are allowed to enter. If/when this restriction is lifted, beach access passes will be provided to our guests. Your host will be upfront about summer beach access possibilities upon your inquiry. Given the uncertainties related to the pandemic and weather events, travel insurance can be a way to cover any disruptions to your trip. The house can accommodate 9 guests total, including infants, per Washoe County's short-term rental permit. The Fire and Building life-safety codes do not allow distinction on age, or when occupancy occurs (daytime or night-time). All persons are counted towards occupancy. Pros: short driving distance to attractions and amenities, including grocery, hiking (just walk outside), coffee, places to eat. The house was well kept and had everything we needed, nice open design on the main floor with spacious outdoor deck, quiet community. Owners were quick and responsive to any questions. We did not utilize the pool or tennis court, but glad we had the option. Cons: hard to say, none if any! Main mode of travel would be the need to use a car- especially with little ones. My family just returned from our second time renting this stunningly beautiful vacation home. We loved it so much last year that we were eager to come back again this summer. The house is very spacious and has a very large upper deck where we enjoyed many evening sunsets. The kitchen is large and is well stocked with all the useful appliances, cookware, and items needed for preparing meals. The bedrooms are all downstairs with either ceiling fans or floor/tabletop fans available which is always a nice bonus when renting a Tahoe home in the summer months. The upstairs living rooms and dining room area are quite large and very comfortable for a family to enjoy. The home owners are outstanding with communication and readily available to answer my questions and if anything were to come up during our stay. We also really enjoyed the community pool and tennis courts. It’s a fabulous quiet neighborhood that is peaceful and provides a very relaxing family getaway. We absolutely loved our stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family with the most beautiful outdoor deck. While we wish it would have been slightly easier to walk to the lake from the house, we made due during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating with prompt communication, securing a crib for our stay and communicating all the details for the awesome amenities that come with the property! The open living area upstairs was spacious and comfortable although we had to barricade and keep a close eye on the one year old near the stairs. There were plenty of beds to choose from and there was even a pack and play for the youngest. The location was close to many restaurants and grocery store. There is even a ski shuttle to Diamond Peak close by. We were very fortunate to arrive after the big snowstorms and the main roads and the neighborhood streets to the home had been kept plowed though I do recommend having a 4 wheel drive as it’s a gradual incline driving to the house in the event it does snow. We always received a prompt response from the host even in the middle of the night when there was a power outage due to high winds. We were treated to a generous welcome of goodies and beverages. We would love to return during the summer to enjoy the warmer activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer. ##### Susan C. This two story house with expansive outdoor deck was very accommodating to the size of our group and was extremely comfortable overall. We loved sitting outside each night on the large deck which provided plenty of cushioned seating and a nice table for meals. The upstairs kitchen was nice and big and had all the essential cookware needed for our meals. The bedrooms were all located downstairs which was a huge bonus during the summer months because they are cooler than the upstairs. We also appreciated the floor and ceiling fans in the rooms. The house had a lot of beach equipment (beach chairs, coolers, beach toys) that families could use during their stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home to families wanting the beautiful escape at Incline Village. ##### Jill W. My family and I had a long stay in this home, it it was fantastic. It is without a doubt the best vacation rental home and experience we have ever had. Some rentals are obviously just rentals, often missing even essential things for cooking or comfort. This is a home, with everything we needed for settling in, cooking and living. You can tell it was recently renovated and is super clean and comfortable. Its great how the bedrooms have bunk beds to help fit more people in the house. The kitchen is STOCKED with every single appliance you could ever want, seriously, there is a pasta machine, a pizza oven, a standing mixer, just to name a few. I've also never experienced the level of communication that Carol offers! She responds immediately, is super helpful and was a delight to coordinate with. She even stopped by to help us with the WIFI (we were putting the password in wrong, lol) The location is awesome, so close to the lake, and this house offers the opportunity to have access to the private beach! (check with Carol tho because of Covid restrictions there are some changes to access), The house also has 8 beach chairs and a cooler to make going to the beach a BREEZE! There are also a few hikes within 20 mins that were just breathtaking, we were so greatful to be able to be so close to such beauty. I would say that this house is best suited for families with younger children that go to bed on the early side. There is a strict "no noise" policy after 10pm. We were not familiar with how sound carries in high altitude and given the excitement of our group our voices could be heard by others even when we were inside with the windows open. This really was only an issue for us one night because the others we went to bed so early from all of the exploring and excitement during our daily adventures! My only note would be for the home owners to provide larger "box fans" for the rooms that do not have ceiling fans but that is just OUR personal preference.
