A few hiccups at the start with lack of batteries for tv and heat remotes and toilet not working, but Craig arranged for someone to come quickly to fix those issues. Only other frustration was the external door to the driveway didn't lock, which wouldn't be an issue if the side door to the condo unit was easy to lock. We spent 10 mins each time we left trying to lock that door. New door locks would be helpful. Other than that, the condo is wonderful and we would def stay again. ##### Kristen H. The location is easily walkable to both the beach and town (it's only a few minutes from T's which we got several times!) and a short drive from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, the golf course, or TONS of mountain biking and hiking! The house is brand new (which everyone knows is very rare for Tahoe houses!), featuring amazing common areas and spacious bedrooms. The open floor plan, high-ceilinged common area features a top of the line, modern kitchen across from the big dining area which was perfect for big family dinners, but would also be great for groups of friends. We visited over winter so we didn't get to enjoy it, but there is also an outdoor barbecue and dining area. When people wanted some privacy, the rooms were all good-sized and importantly for us, had individual private bathrooms!
