    The best choice for an affordable condominium close to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Relax in front of the fireplace after a great ski day during the winter. During the summer, bask in the sun on the large deck. These comfortable properties have a master bedroom, a loft bedroom and two full bathrooms. The vaulted ceiling in the living room gives an expanded feel, and the large windows bring in the afternoon sun. These are end units, and the decks face an open glen for an additional feeling of privacy. The shuttle bus to Diamond peak runs right out front, and the beach is only a quick jump in the car or by bike.

    Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

    The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

The blinds on the window next to the sliding glass door fell out of its brackets and cut me (minor cut). It was clear that someone knew they were broken because I found one of the pieces to hold it in place on the mantlepiece. The other piece from the other bracket was cracked and fell on the floor. I let the rental company know that the blinds should be replaced because they were also bent in places. Also, for those of us not familiar with Lake Tahoe, it would have helped to know that the unit we stayed in did not have AC. It was a hot summer night and no AC. Otherwise, it was a lovely quiet retreat away from the summer noise and activity at Lake Tahoe.
