Easy walk to restaurants, deli, pubs and the Hyatt Regency and casino as well as outdoor walking/bike paths. Exceptionally well-equipped chefs kitchen (espresso maker, large gas range, double ovens, waffle maker and rice cooker...). The living room and all bedrooms have smart TV's. This centrally located home is the perfect getaway spot for friends and family.

This location is close to Incline Village recreation center, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, bike pump course, disc golf and excer-course. A short bike ride or drive away is access to trail heads for hiking and biking. The Incline Village Mountain golf course as well as the Championship golf course with club house and Chateau Grille for indoor and outdoor dining/happy hour.
