We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very responsive and the location and amenities were great.

Great stay but no hotel pool access

Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time.
