The room was a little on the small side but it was all we needed. Everything was clean. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and the subway within walking distance. We sent an email asking for a second key, but never heard back. It would have been nice to have fresh towels, more coffee and the trash taken out during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here. I would have to say I’m greatful to have chosen this place because I was able to check in early. The check in process was all self service on a kiosk. The room was nice equipped with a washer to clean your clothes if you want. I pretty much had to pay for an additional day to check in early so I can drive my duffle bag off. The next morning I woke up to a stranger trying to get in my room! he started banging on my wall at 6am! no one did anything to help me. I immediately got my things (didn’t even shower) and booked a room at the hyatt where I felt safe and was much more comfortable.
