There was only one person who spoke English, so it was difficult to communicate unless he was on duty. The hotel did not have a meeting room, but they were nice enough to allow us to use the dining room after breakfast was cleared away at 09:30. The rooms were adequate and clean, but minimalist with no pictures on the wall. The lights, TV and air conditioning were all controlled by the remote. The beds were much firmer than we are used to. The mattress looked like a box spring with a little padding. The bathroom was very modern with black granite countertops that didn't look clean and there were no towel bars to hang towels on. Only 1 large bath towel was provided and 2 hand towels. The room was not cleaned nor the towels refreshed while we were there. They remained damp because they could not be hung up. However the tub and toilet were great! Most of the restaurants along the seaside all served the same seafood. We did find a couple of restaurants that were upstairs that served steak, pork chops, hamburger (not great), pasta, or pizza. Across the street from the hotel was the BHC (Big Hit Chicken), kind of like Kentucky Fried Chicken with more variety of flavors. This was a great change from seafood, but there were no side dishes. Overall it was a good value for the price. ##### harold ### 8/10 Good #### kihyoung 16 Oct 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 월미도 놀이기구 타는 곳이 가까이 있어 시끄러울 줄 알았는데 외부와의 방음이 의외로 잘되어 조용했으며 바닷가쪽 방이어서 바다 전경을 볼 수 있어서 더욱 좋았음 ##### kihyoung ### 10/10 Excellent #### taewon 6 Oct 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 월미도 중심가 월미도 중심가에 있어 좋았습니다 ##### taewon ### 4/10 Poor #### yunjae, 서울 5 Oct 2015 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 뷰는 좋지만 비추.. 청소상태가 깨끗하지 않음, 유리가 더럽고 쇼파아래쪽은 전혀 청소하지 않습니다. 또 조식포함이라서 갔는데 자신들은 그런적 없다며 완강히 결제를 요구하여 홈페이지를 보여주니 그제서야 떫떠름 하게 그냥 먹으라고 합니다. 그리고 모기가 있습니다..... 모기때문에 잠을 설침. 참고로 스탠다느는 오션뷰 아닙니다. 2만원 더내고 방 업그레했습니다. ##### yunjae ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 1 Oct 2015 Liked: Property conditions & facilities Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### スリッパは必需品 仁川　ウォルミドにある新しいホテルで海の傍にあるという事で　海の見えるお部屋を期待して宿泊しましたが残念ながら海とは反対側のお部屋でした ホテルの予約サイトにオーシャンビュー側なのかシティービュー側なのか記載がされていたら納得して予約したのですが無かった為勝手に海側と思ってしまい残念でした 予約サイトでは朝食付きとなっていましたが　フロンとではその説明はありませんでした 朝食は食べるつもりがなかったのでいいですが　説明は必要ですね 荷物が多く台車が無いかと確認したところ「無い」とのことでしたので荷物を運んで運び終わる頃に台車を持ってきてくれましたが意味が無かったです 後からでも用意していただけた事は感謝しております １８時過ぎにホテル到着後　割り振りされた部屋はまだ掃除がされていませんでした 直ぐに変更していただけたので良かったですがこの時間帯に掃除ができていないとは・・・ お部屋は広く新しいホテルなので綺麗でしたが　靴を脱ぐタイプの部屋なのに部屋にはスリッパが無く裸足で過ごすのは気持ちが悪かったです 韓国人の彼が廊下にいた　掃除をされていた従業員の方に聞いたところ「知らん」と言われ彼は憤慨していました フロントに確認したところ「宿泊者が持って帰る事が多く置くのを止めた」そうです 簡易のスリッパでも持ち込めば良かったのでしょうが　今まで韓国のホテルでスリッパはあったので用意しませんでした お部屋にもフリーWi-Fiが飛んでいる様に予約サイトに記載されていましたが　飛んでいませんでした　これもフロントに連絡　仕事でネットを使いたかった為設定に時間が掛かりそうなので彼の携帯からWi-Fiを飛ばし繋げました ホテル周辺は遊園地もあり週末は賑わい深夜まで周りの賑やかさが聞こえてきます その事も知っていたので騒音は気になりませんでした 唯一　ホテルが新しく綺麗なのが救いという感じです ##### Verified traveller ### 8/10 Good #### zzz, zz 27 Sept 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 월미도에 이런 호텔이...!
