Don’t stay here
I highly advise against staying here. This hotel has a ridiculously late check-in time of 23:00. If you are coming from out of town at 15:00, instead of being able to check in and drop your bags like a normal hotel, you have to find a way to kill 8 hours with your luggage. They are also incommunicative with Hotels.com, so you have to call them directly. (Hope you can speak Korean and have a Korean number!) They are inflexible with their check-in time, and their customer service agents are rude on the phone. The hotel is not at all family friendly and is geared toward late night hook-ups. 0/10, there are so many other quality hotels in Incheon you can stay at!
