There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. I get it that they might not want to engage in conversation due to language barrier but our driver did even in a real broken English at least he tried. He is not from the hotel.
