This fantastic house is located in the outskirts of Inca, in a very quiet rural area. The house, newly and modern, is very wide and luminous and is perfectly equipped. As far as the exterior is concerned, this magnificent villa has a garden, furnished terrace and a perfect pool to cool off and enjoy the wonderful weather that the island has to offer.

The good location of the farm allows its guests to comfortably move around the north of Mallorca: visit the bay of Alcúdia and its long white sand beaches and crystal clear waters and the bay of Pollença, with countless coves and cliffs such as Manresa, La Victòria, Mal Pas, Bonaire, etc. This area is ideal for diving activities. You can also easily reach the area of Sa Marina, a beach where they practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or surfing.

The nearest town is sa Pobla, a town with a lot of personality and full of life. In the main square, the nerve center of the town, you will find numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. Dine-in any of these establishments and taste the typical food of Mallorca is a luxury that you can not miss. In addition, in the same square, every Sunday the weekly market is held, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, a wide variety of cheeses and sausages, and handicrafts.
