It has 350m2 and is on a plot of 14000m, at the foot of the Puig de Santa Magadalena and near the Tramuntana.
The beautiful views and the hug given by the stars of the peaceful night in nature and its situation in the heart of Mallorca make it a magical and ideal place to rest, get to know the island or go cycling.
Renovated in 2008, it has 4 double bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms and terraces with beautiful views. It is fully equipped and has parking, 1 covered and open spaces.
The pool is salt and the spring water is almost natural, we buy it in trucks.
Upon arrival you must pay € 190 in cash.

Lovely stay
Everything was smooth, from the beginning until check-out. The location is quite nice if you want to see a bit (20-30 minutes to most main spots). The house offers a lot of space so even when you travel with others, you have enough room for yourself.

Saubere rustikale abgelegene Unterkunft. Kommunikation freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Fern ab jeden Massentourismus. Mit dem Mietauto alles leicht erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 8 min entfernt. Immer wiede gern.... 5 Sterne

Big house with an amazing view
We (5 girls) had a very nice stay! We were there in the middle of the summer with pretty hot weather. The pool was very nice to cool off and look at the amazing view. The water is slightly salty, which we liked because there was not much chlorine scent in it. The house is very big and the kitchen had all we needed. Would really recommend!

Nous avons passé de très chouettes vacances dans la maison de Lina. La maison est spacieuse. La vue sur les montagnes est superbe depuis la terrasse du haut. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine! L’emplacement de la maison qui est central permet de découvrir plusieurs endroits de l’île sans passer trop de temps en voiture. La communication avec Lina était très fluide. Nous la remercions. Nous recommandons
