Casa Granada is a contemporary countryside villa designed for relaxed stays surrounded by rural landscapes near Inca. Filled with natural light, the house combines clean modern interiors with multiple outdoor terraces that make the most of the surrounding views. Sleeping up to four guests, the villa is particularly well suited to couples, smaller families or friends looking for a peaceful base in the heart of Mallorca while still remaining within easy reach of nearby towns and the coast.


The upper floor of the villa is centred around an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a bright and sociable space for spending time together. From here, guests can step directly onto the furnished terrace overlooking the countryside, with steps leading down to the private saltwater swimming pool and sun terrace below. Surrounded by lemon groves and open views, the outdoor spaces are designed for long days in the sun, whether relaxing on loungers beside the pool or enjoying meals outside. On the lower floor, the villa features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite shower rooms and air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months.

Inca, one of Mallorca’s main inland towns, is just a 10 minute drive away and is known for its weekly market, local restaurants and traditional atmosphere. Visitors can explore cafés, shops and tapas bars, while the town’s central position makes it convenient for discovering different parts of the island. Nearby villages and countryside routes also allow guests to experience a more authentic side of Mallorca away from the larger resort areas.
Casa Granada is also well placed for reaching northern Mallorca’s coastline, including the beaches around Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.
