great accommodation , lovely owners ...

nice located , spacious high spec, clean and very well maintained accommodation, high quality of equipments and fittings etc... private outside area big enough to accommodate huge family, we were 4 adults on 1 week ski holiday in April , a car is "must" but quality of the property and the view is to "die for"... Owners - Sandra and her husband probably most helpful and nicest landlords ever !!! highly recommended to whole families or group of friends ... Kindest regards and Thank You Seb & Aga

Hyggelig ren lejlighed. God plads og dejligt stille. Lugtede lidt af ged udenfor men var nævnt. Kunne godt have ønsket der var en rigtigt ovn. Der var kun Micro/grill.

Rust en geweldig uitzicht

Een vakantiewoning op een top locatie. Omdat je al op hoogte zit is er geen last van voorbijrazend verkeer, binnen kijkende buren of ander ongemak. Wakker worden en genieten van zicht op de bergen (soms ook in de zomer met besneeuwde toppen). Goede bedden, tv in elke kamer, complete keukenuitrusting en een tuin/zonneteras. Speeltuin op loopafstand. Jammer is wel dat er redelijk wat vliegen zijn. Tja, omgeving met boerderijen..

Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, dem würden wir die Gegend und Unterkunft empfehlen. Hier kann man noch Natur erleben und es sehr idyllisch draußen zu sitzen, auf die Berge zu schauen und das läuten der Schafe zu hören.

Moderne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen , aber sehr modern u gut ausgestattet. Durch die Höhe auch am späteren Nachmittag noch Sonne auf der ruhigen Terrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Angenehm auch der Brötchen Service, mit Anlieferung vor 7.00 Kleiner Nachteil, Gastronomie am Abend nur im Tal. Dafür absolute Ruhe u Wanderwege vor der Haustür.

Voor het tweede jaar op rij hebben wij een weekje verbleven in 1 van de 2 appartementen van s'Himmelreich. Zeer uitgerust en proper appartement, heerlijke en rustige ligging. 15 min rijden naar Sölden waardoor je uit de drukte bent.

Sehr schöne FeWo auf dem Sonnenbalkon von Längenfeld (Burgstein). FeWo hat alles was man braucht und die gute Fee R. ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ötztal-Card leider nicht inbegriffen. Alles in allem sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Die Aussicht von der südlich ausgerichteten Terasse lädt zum verweilen ein und der nächste Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Wir waren im Mai vor Ort, da gab es auf der Terrasse und damit dann auch in den Räumlichkeiten eine massive Fliegenplage, so dass die Terrasse nicht nutzbar war, trotz sehr guten Wetters. Der Nachbar möchte scheinbar keine Touristen dort haben... Alles weitere war komplett in Ordnung
