(1) Local Bookings: We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. All LOCAL bookings PLEASE reach out to host for approval BEFORE booking. Instant bookings by locals may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance. (2) Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. Perfect if your not going to work on anything or watch television. The internet was horrible we couldn't watch any shows they would keep cutting in and out. The owner tried to help but it didnt work.
