"Close to the beach"

"This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"The owners were absolutely wonderful people! The property was gorgeous. The rooms were ideal. The beds were comfortable. We were there because of the proximity to the hospital for my husband. The morning breakfast was beyond belief.! the best cream filled croissants I have ever had and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had as well.
