It boasts an imposing exterior with heated 50 m2 swimming pool and barbecue with dinnig area. The pool and the terrace are surrounded by a cultivated green area, containing also an outside shower. An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. These have superb audio-video equipment, inverter air conditioners, solid oak bed frames, Tempur mattresses, Koemmerling glass walls. The house also features a finely paved parking area of 150 m2
