New modern high floor to ceiling windows, bright and spacious, comfortable clean beds in a great location with easy 100% electronic only access into building lacking human touch, no presence of anyone. Kitchen is limited with awkward microwave/oven as one appliance very low to the floor lacking some regular kitchen supplies but all very new and clean. Bathrooms are large and spacious, shower is missing a safety handle bar on wet floor.

After arriving, we find no elevator and we have to carry all our stuff up a few flights of windy hot stairs. We get to the room and there's no AC. Finally got a fan that didn't do very much. Then there was the shower. The first day I get there and I see a squeegee in the shower, thinking cleaning staff left it behind. Later, after my shower I realized why it was there. The entire bathroom was flooded after a simple shower and I have to come out of the shower and start cleaning their bathroom. Instead of giving me a squeegee, invest in a shower door so I don't need to clean your bathroom each time I shower. Such a pretty looking modern building, with thoughtless design. Couldn't wait to leave. Also, there's no staff and the chat is an AI agent until you get to a human.

Our flat was perfect for our two days in Tallinn. The neighbourhood of Rotterman was great. Lots of small alleys and cafes and small boutiques. It was an easy walk to the Old Town and a short tram ride to the food hall and Fotografiska. And the flat was large and clean with a wonderful balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was large enough to enjoy breakfast. Katya was really helpful and made everything super easy. We will recommend it to our friends and family.
