This fully furnished villa features three bedrooms downstairs, along with a main bathroom, ensuite, and laundry. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area that opens out to a generous verandah – the perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ or relax with a sunset meal while soaking in the stunning Clarence River views.  
  
The property includes a double brick garage with remote-controlled doors, plus room for two additional cars in front. A private entrance gate leads into a peaceful grassed courtyard, offering a welcoming path up to the front door and a sense of space and privacy throughout.
