This was our second stay and we honestly can’t fault the exemplary service levels we received and the quality of food in Tereza Restaurant. The staff genuinely make you feel welcome and are so helpful. Whilst we appreciate renovations need to be undertaken, we hadn’t been informed before our arrival that the views across Rio would be obliterated by hoarding. The pool area wasn’t ideal for a relaxed stay which is why we’ve given a 4* rating. Please don’t be put off because MGallery offers a little bit of quiet paradise in frantic Rio!

"Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space.
