Charming house Ile d'Yeu
This is our second home with all the comforts that we rent on an exceptional basis this summer; it includes: Living room (Living room / Kitchen / Bar) + terrace + 2 bedrooms each with a large double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 dormitory with 3 bunk beds = 14 beds max. + crockery and laundry machines, 3 showers including one outdoor, (no bath), 2 toilets + barbecue + ping pong table / non-screened garden with hedges of 2m height

This property is located: KER CHAUVINEAU; on the edge of wild coast (old castle), a good 1 km from Sabbias beach (nearest beach) / family house with all comforts for a good holiday:

Price 1080 € the week from 11 to 21 July (renting only for 10 days)
Price 1780 € the week from July 21 to August 4 (rental fortnight)
