Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb von Ilanz und hat alles, was man braucht.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle Aussicht, sofern das Wetter passt. Leider ist der Aussenkamin/Grill nicht mehr vorhanden, entgegen was die Fotos zeigen. Die Betten sind SEHR weich (für uns zu weich).

Fast alles gut.

Die Wohnung ist nicht in Laax wie angegeben, sie liegt am Berghang neben Ilanz. Zur Wohnung: Eine gemütliches und offenes Ambiente, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Steinplatten und Glastrennwand schön gestaltet jedoch etwas eng. Negativ: Die Gästekarte erhielten wir erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage am Mittwoch Vormittag, einen direkten Kontakt mit der zuständigen Person gab es nicht. Die Abgabe erfolgte ebenfalls "Kontaktlos". W-Lan nur gegen Bezahlung.

Die Schlüsselverwalterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Betten. Grosses Wohnzimmer. Balkon schattig und ungemütlich. Küche reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Internet und Welan müssen extra angefordert und abgerechnet werden. Reisetipps: Rheinschlucht, Crap Sogn Gion, Alp Nagens u.s.w. Wasserweg .Ansonsten sind alle im Prospekt vorgeschlagenen Routen empfehlenswert.Die ganze Gegend bietet einfache und anspruchsvollere Touren und hat eine reiche Auswahlmöglichkeit.

Erster Eindruck: Außenanlagen ungepflegt. Gras über ein Meter hoch! Dadurch Stechmücken im Zimmer. Auf dem Balkone eine alte zerrissene Couch, die zum Sperrmüll gehört. Einrichtung ansonsten funktionell und in Ordnung. Schlüsselhalterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
