The property had gorgeous rooms and fantastic, punctual room service. The lack of an elevator to my knowledge was noticeable, but nothing that would severely impact my stay. Just an accessibility concern.

Its been better
We have stayed here every time we are in Ikeja. But the last couple of times the room smells like feet. Im not sure why but they need to do some deep cleaning. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Air conditioning wasn’t working, had to Cal Hotels.com to complain about it. Service men kept coming and I couldn’t relax. When I arrived they said no room after my booking. Check guy had to speak with his supervisor before I got check in

They have good food only so i can ignore their other issues. But they beed to make the place more fun. After a few days, it starts feeling like a hostel and you will need to go outside to catch fun to avoid being bored.

Its an entry level luxury hotel. They give you good value for money. Well sited. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to exercise my feet for medical reasons. I enjoyed standing near the foundation to adnire the flowers 💐 and it was calming.staff was very willing to help. I am not happy with them cos i tried to book for another week but they did not tell me they had no vacancy and had cancelled my booking not even to ring me up. It was very distressing to start searching for another hotel.

Ice hotel in quiet area
Nice hotel, Nice Ambience, clean rooms.. but their main point is the very helpful and attentive staff. I would rexommend the hotel.

Comfortable stay at Amber Residence Ikeja
I felt a bit apprehensive arriving there at night with the bad roads, but all my misgivings disappeared when I got to the Reception. From the Front Desk staff to the porter and the room assigned to me, i was so impressed. Fantastic.

The location of the hotel is great. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping services were impeccable, ensuring that the room was always clean and smell nice. One of the Managers, Celestina is great listened and addressed my issues promptly!

I was initially assigned to a small room that I really don’t like complained to one of the managers, Celestina and she changed it to a bigger and better room. Housekeeping did good work keeping the room clean on a daily basis. Breakfast was good too. The gym needs a little upgrade. Overall was a positive experience! Thanks to Celestina!!

The staff are courteous, eager to serve all guests requests and promptly attended to my concerns. The room and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Nigeria is open for Business.
The hotel experience exceeded all my expectations. It was magical. The staff, the quality of service was superb, I didn't want to leave. Anything I wanted was not too much to ask. From the moment I was picked up from the Airport, the service was impeccable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was allowed to exceed my check out time, this I appreciated very much as my flight was due in the evening. Nigeria is open for business, they did me proud!!!.

Very clean and well maintained property with courteous staff. Buffet breakfast included is great ( 1 per room). Easily accessible transportation with several taxis services around. Relaxing bar area with a pool was nice. Massage chairs in the lobby great after my long flight from the US.
