Find Dog-Friendly Hotels in Iida

"I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....

"Obsolutely over and above fantastic hosts with great ameneties like a local shuttle to downtown and a rack to dry your snowboarding gear. We would absolutely stay again. The hosts were beyond compare!"

"Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly."
