Very social hostel with organized events planned. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, free breakfast, free coffee machine close to the bus station, comfortable places to lounge, staff is super helpful, showers are hot, clean, and good value for your money.
Areas that need improvement: Better communication in how to find the place. Need to mention that it's inside the McDonald's entrance. I kept hearing this explained time and again when it should already be explained in the directions. Also, clean the ashtray on the balcony area.
Overall, it's arguably the best hostel I've stayed at out of 20+ different ones
