"Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum war eine Zumutung. Viele Ameisen waren af dem Boden unterwegs. Zudem war der Boden sehr verdreckt. An der Wand lag noch Müll, wahrscheinlich von der letzten Veranstaltung. Als ich eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption eigentlich nie besetzt ist und er wäre kein Mitarbeiter des Hotels. "A l'arrivée tardive 8h pm il n'y a plus personne et le distributeur de carte (terminal de paiement HS)ne fonctionnait pas il a fallut batailler 40 mins pour arriver à avoir le responsable de l'hôtel qui nous a donner les cartes à distance, en anglais c'était difficile de se faire comprendre mais après ce déboire tous c'est bien passé, pour manger à 9h du soir nous avons été au pub en haut à droite de la rue, l'hôtel est propre bien entretenu il y'a la clim dans les chambres c'est calme."

"Stayed 2 nights. Positives: Late arrival (22:30) was accommodated despite reception normally closing at 21:00 — appreciated. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice views from the property overall. Negatives: Pool access: key card did not work; when raised, staff insisted it did rather than resolving the issue. Room facilities: no tea/coffee, no water provided, and fridge not functioning. Ventilation: no effective ventilation, making the room uncomfortable in warm conditions. Temperature control: central heating still active with no ability to adjust, despite ~24°C outside. Bathroom: bath only, no shower — not practical, particularly for elderly guests. Room quality: no balcony, view onto car park, and overall lack of comfort or atmosphere (minimal décor, dated feel). Room allocation: the room felt like one that is used less frequently, raising questions about consistency in how rooms are assigned (e.g. weekday vs weekend stays). Overall: At ~€240 per night, the experience does not align with a 4-star standard. While higher-category rooms (e.g. suites) may meet expectations, the “standard” rooms fall below the minimum level of quality and comfort expected at this rating.
