"We loved our stay. Plenty of room, although it's a bit dated we were happy to pay less and still get a great property, beautiful views, good sized rooms, well set up kitchen. Host was great at communicating, ringing to touch base when he heard that the area had lost power which was totally out of his control. Thoroughly recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked this accommodation as a 4-day fieldwork base. The mill house has its idiosyncrasies. As long as you set your expectations for camping conditions in a remote part of the world, you will find the structure to be sufficient. The location is spectacular and the jetty is very impressive. All team members expressed their satisfaction with their stay and would book it again for similar work."

"Dog friendly, and great location. However you may need to be aware that the access to main living space is up 14 wooden stairs. We had to teach our to go up and down, slowly. I would imagine some older people having difficulty with this too."
