The rooms were very clean and nicely redecorated. It was very quiet even with all the construction crews staying there. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. The only downside we saw was all 3 of the handicapped parking was being used by vehicles without handicapped ...

The hotel was extremely dirty, to the point that I felt uncomfortable staying. I left after only one hour in the building. I would strongly advise against booking this location. There is another Holiday Inn Express in Carlisle that is clean and well maintained — unfortunately, this one was not.
