I’ve traveled far from the U.S. and stayed in many hotels, but Myriad Muscat truly stands out as the best for its exceptional customer service. The hospitality here is unmatched—I’ve extended my stay twice already because I feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for.
A special shoutout to Maryam, who made my first night unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Every staff member takes their time to ensure you’re well looked after, and it truly makes all the difference.
