"The property was good but the description of amenities included 'Laundry' and a picture of the room with a washing machine. However we were assigned a room without a washer and told there was no washer available. We picked this room, even with all the inconvenience of having to check in and park about a half mile away because we wanted to have a washing machine. Their only option for us - they did not offer an outside laundry service - was to give them our laundry and they would wash it in their facilities along with their hotel laundry. Couldn't guarantee a time for return of laundry and couldn't describe how they would find our laundry in the completed hotel wash. I contacted your virtual agaent, Ryan, who insisted I needed to send him a screen shot of your website with the listing. After an hour he ended the session. I have a copy of your listing, as of today, with Laundry listed as an Amenity.
