In the background are lingonberry bushes and a birch forest. Not only for swimming it is wonderful here, the stocks of trout, zander and perch are excellent. You have your own boat at your own jetty. A motor is available for rent. The house is well furnished and equipped for your comfort with sauna, fireplace and air conditioning. You can reach the loft with peaked roof via a staircase from the living room. You can also enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and living room. The terrace extends to the private jetty. The neighboring house S04762 is also rented, ideal for vacations with friends. Many lakes, including Bolmen and Unnen are nearby. You are in a lake area that consists of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen and extends to 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boats. When there is snow, you can park just 200 meters from the house. Access to the common extra refrigerator and freezer unit. The homeowner reports: My grandmother tells that my grandfather was killed in a work accident in the forest. When my parents got married in 1954, grandfather's good friend made it possible to buy a plot of land here. So they could also build a house. Ausstattung Die Küche ist für unsere Bedarfe sehr gut ausgestattet. Außer einem Kartoffelstampfer haben wir nichts vermisst. Auch viele Verbrauchsartikel waren vorrätig wie Klopapier, Spültabs, Putzzeug, Spüli, etc. Die Betten waren bequem, Extrakissen und Decken sind ausreichend verfügbar. Schwimmwesten in verschiedenen Größen, Ferngläser und Taschenlampen sind auch vorhanden. Unter dem Dach gibt es Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4\. (zwei recht komfortable Ausklappbetten). Dort wird es im Sommer recht warm, ein Ventilator mildert die Hitze etwas. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Fahrräder sind eher in schlechtem Zustand, haben wir auch nicht benutzt. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass es im EG nur wenig Ablagefläche für Wäsche gab. Lage Das Haus liegt direkt am See, um das Haus herum gibt es einen Wald, in dem Blaubeeren wachsen. Vis à vis liegt noch ein weiteres, kleineres Ferienhaus. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit den Nachbarn. Das Haus hat ein Ruderboot am Steg liegen, einen Motor kann man sich vor Ort mieten. Auf der Terrasse sind ausreichend Möbel (Stühle, Tisch und Liegestühle) vorhanden. Alles in guter Qualität und in recht gutem Zustand. Eine kleine Bank am Steg lädt zum Morgenkaffee ein. Baden im See ist gut möglich, an dieser Stelle zwar etwas steinig, aber flach und für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet. Nebenan in max 300m gibt es zwei Strände, einer der zum Haus gehört und ein öffentlicher mit Toilette und Badesteg. Es tummeln sich auch immer wieder Angler auf dem See, da wir selbst nicht angeln, können wir aber nichts zum Bestand sagen. Mücken gibt es. Sie fingen in den Abendstunden an zu nerven. Lange Kleidung und Mückenschutz erlauben aber trotzdem ein paar Abendstunden draußen. Der nächste große Supermarkt (ICA, Coop) und Systembolaget (alkoholische Getränke) liegen mit dem Auto 15 min. entfernt in Hyltebruk. Das Haus hat kein Internetanschluss, dieser soll aber wohl bald erfolgen. Die Ausleuchtung mit Mobilfunk (LTE) ist aber im Haus OK und um das Haus und auf dem See gut. Vermieter Jonas hat bei einem kleinen Problem sehr schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt, ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche und kommen gerne wieder! ##### Lars B.
