Great location with international and local restaurants. Just be aware the sound pollution might be high if your room is facing the street but it did not bother us much

Honnêtement, je suis un peu déçu malgré le bel établissement et son potentiel ! Le personnel manque clairement de professionnalisme ! A mon arrivée, on me dit que ma chambre est équipé d’un grand lit alors que j’avais spécifié qu’il me fallait des lits Twin car j’ai séjourné avec ma mère de 86 ans ! Aucun effort n’a été fait pour remédier à la situation ! J’ai patienté mais la personne à l’accueil patientait aussi afin que j’accepte malgré moi cette chambre ! J’ai fini par accepter et on m’a promis qu’on allait nous changer de chambre le lendemain, ce qui n’a pas été le cas… Le lendemain, je croise une femme de chambre qui me demande si on voulait qu’elle fasse le ménage, j’ai répondu non ! Le temps de descendre et discuter avec un membre de ma famille, la chambre a été faite malgré moi et malgré l’icône « don’t disturb » Vraiment je ne comprends pas ce personnel qui ne prend pas en considération les vœux de ses clients !?? D’autre part, la chambre qu’on m’a attribuée, et dont je ne voulais pas à la base, avait l’inconvénient d’être juste au dessous de l’espace restauration de l’hôtel, donc bruits intempestifs de chaises qui traînent sur sol ! Extrêmement désagréable tout au long de la journée ! Néanmoins, Il n’y avait que le personnel en restauration qui était compétent ! Merci à eux !!

Good location, a good choice of hotel in Algiers. The breakfast spread was wonderful in terms of choice, the view from the rooftop restaurant waa fabulous, staff were helpful, the hotel was value-for-money for the price paid. I couldn't figure out a few things in the room - how the ac worked (though I didn't really need it), why the tv switched off by itself in late evening and then switched on again only in the morning (though I am not an avid TV watcher during travel). So, these weren't deal breakers for me, and I would be ok to stay there again.
