Staff were courteous but too costly with only breakfast option. Wifi was not connecting properly.Food is too costly and not an inclusion un the package despite of takkng a luxurious room.

Nothing worked right here: 1\. Long check-in wait times 2\. Rooms are not clean with torn towels and broken furniture 3\. No activities for kids at all and everything is chargeable

When we book the hotel it shows buffet breakfast includes but they argue there is no breakfast included, what ever the food you order you gets the different food from what’s in the menu, staff has absolutely zero respect on customer.
