Horrible stay. Insects, dirty and mainly washrooms and bed not clean

We couldn't stay at the property as it doesn't have a lift and we had to climb up 7 floors and when we checked in there were coakroachs and bedbugs on the bed. We couldn't be there for a single minute and we left. Please refund the amount back.
