Then you get a number and you can put your bike in garage. You need to push buttons to get in and out. But the proprietor was super helpful. They have that clothes styling system which is useful...

I wouldn't recommend this for someone without a car. A taxi is a little hard to obtain and costs about 10000w. The buses are infrequent one to two hourly and the last bus comes back around 9pm.
