객실에 금연 표시가 되어있었으나 침대 옆 사이드테이블에 담뱃재가 청소되지 않은채로 있었고 냉장고 위에는 다른 사람이 먹고 버린 포장 통이 그대로 남아있었습니다. 화장실도 변기위에 머리카락이 그대로 남아있었습니다.
