This is a so-called self check-in hotel with no on site receptionest. The hotel did send out email few days before, but the detail about the no on site reception and you have used code to access parking garage, elevator and your room is buried inside the email attachment, I am also going to argue the attachment looking unimportant before it was opened. I reserved 3 rooms and 1 room has malfunctioned access code, I have to call then get a person on site to help. They did come and resolve the issue after about 1 hour, but I think the hotel should do more to warn travelers about its unique setting.
My room is clean and functioning but it has no desk whatsoever, please add one!

Apartment was impeccably clean!.
Minor things could help, like a few extra towels! ! One bath towel and one hand towel per person for the week is a bit cheap.
Lights over stove were burned out and we were told the person who could change the bulbs was on vacation for the whole week. Lol
The washer/dryer worked well but not being able to only use the dry cycle cause some issues when things were not fully dry after the first run. You can’t just dry it more as it is an all-in-one machine and despite googling the manual, it seemed maybe this one was broken?
One fry pan and one pot made cooking a challenge. I needed a second small pot for gravy or the veggies etc
We did not know how the heat worked but the manager was quick to respond to my messages.
Overall great location, we walked to many museums and churches and grocery stores. We would consider staying here again

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Très belle chambre, très propre avec salle de bain spacieuse. Le déjeuner est très bon et il y’a beaucoup de choix, possibilité de manger d’autres repas sur place ce qui est un avantage.

The use of the swimming pool and hot tubs was a real bonus and nice rest and games rooms available. our only issues were the small shower with a shower curtain that wouldn’t leave you alone when having a shower!
