Shabby Chic , meets farmhouse sleek. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2 car garage. All amenities just bring your toothbrush. 2 outdoor patios, large fenced in backyard. Full kitchen, formal dining, basement has a pool table, fooseball and fireplace. Close to the Kansas State Fair. Kansas Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Museum. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and nice walking trails. Master bedroom has a king bed. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a crib in the room. The 3rd Bedroom is in the basement ( does not have an egress window ) Queen bed.

Weekend with Grandkids

We came to Hutch with Son and family to go to the Salt Mine and Comsosphere. The home was a great part of the stay. It allowed all of us to relax in the evenings and added to the joy of the trip. The home was clean, comfy and we would highly recommend it.

The house is welcoming and comfortable! The back yard is huge, well-kept and fenced. The hosts were super easy to work with and communication was stellar. The location was perfect. We were in town for state basketball and spent 3 nights. It was a great experience!

For our little weekend getaway to see the Cosmosphere and visit the sedgwick County zoo, this house was nice. Location was great and we had a great time with a family game night after doing everything we wanted to do.

The house is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, plenty of seating for the 5 of us, the kitchen well set up, the back deck is a bit of heaven............we loved it!!

The stay was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils needed. I did bring my Ninja and a hand mixer because I needed to make desserts for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The dining and living spaces were comfortable and my adult boys enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. It was a perfect spot for us to stay. The hosts were great, helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Review of our stay

This place was great. We had 6 people and a baby, and the space was perfect for us. Every couple had their own room, and they even provided a baby crib which worked out perfectly. Home owners were very helpful, the house was extremely clean, and the location is excellent. My family and I will definitely be looking at the availability of this place next time we visit Hutch.

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The home was not far from anything in town yet it felt like we were in the county side. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Hutch! We were curious why everything had a price tag on it because there were somethings we wanted to buy if only we could have gotten it on the airplane.

My husband and I stayed at Jim's property and it was perfect for our needs! It's located in a nice, safe neighborhood where we could walk in the cool mornings. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed having a backyard. We will stay again when in the area. Thank you, Jim!
